Pharmacy.ca reserves the right to accept or deny any order after placement, at our sole discretion.
DENIAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Pharmacy.ca reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout, of our decision to cancel your order. Should your order be canceled, we will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. We will refund monies paid, back to the original payment method you used during checkout.
Orders may be denied and cancelled in whole, or in part, by Pharmacy.ca for reasons including, but not limited to,:
• Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order
• Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order
• Suspected intent to resell
• Suspected intent to misuse a product
• Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order
• Identified issues related to actual or suspected fraud
• Issues related to the appropriateness of medication that may be sold at the discretion of our health care professionals
REFUSAL OF SERVICE – ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Pharmacy.ca does not tolerate abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour. Should a customer exhibit abusive, inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, the Pharmacy.ca Customer Care team will, at its sole discretion, have the right to end any telephone call, email correspondence, or online chat (as applicable), and/or terminate the customer’s Pharmacy.ca account.
All accounts are the property of Pharmacy.ca and the company reserves the right to restrict, revoke or cancel any account at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address during checkout. While we will make every effort to accommodate change requests, please note that we may not be able to make changes after order processing has begun.
Please allow for an additional 1-2 business days to process your order before the products can be shipped. Our pharmacy operates from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (EST). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please note, if the pharmacist requires additional information from you prior to processing, shipments may be delayed.
Estimated Delivery times
Delivery times are from date of shipment and not from date you placed the order. Orders will typically get processed in 1-2 business days and estimated delivery timeline starts from the day the package is shipped.
Estimated delivery times shown on the website are estimates and are subject to Canada Post delays. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped; the email will contain your tracking information, if the method of shipping selected offers tracking.
Cost and delivery times vary greatly based on the destination region. Shipping estimates are approximates provided by Canada Post and are subject to greater delays when it is an international destination.
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
AVERT® AND SECURE® ORDERS
For orders containing Avert® and Secure®, by agreeing to these terms of sale you are consenting to having a pharmacist review your most recent excessive sweating consultation to ensure Avert® and/or Secure®, is appropriate. If appropriate, the pharmacists will authorize a strength and quantity they deem appropriate in their professional judgement. This will be completed under the authority of a Nurse Practitioner’s medical directive (No. 0001). These products are intended to be used solely by the authorized person who has duly completed an excessive sweating consult.
All sales occur in the province of Ontario, Canada. By using the site a user agrees that all issues arising from the sale of products or use of the site in any way are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
