Central Medical Pharmacy Inc. operating as is a licensed pharmacy in the province of Ontario, Canada. The Pharmacy is regulated under the Ontario College of Pharmacy. All information provided is used in compliance with the guidelines and regulations set forth by the Ontario College of Pharmacy. also operates in compliance with federal and provincial laws and regulations such as PIPEDA and PHIPA. 

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of our children is especially important. For that reason, we never knowingly collect or maintain information at our website from those we know to be under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

Fulfilling Orders: We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  

Marketing Communications: If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we may use your email address to keep you up to date on our products and services. We may use your personal information to aid us in selecting individuals who are suitable candidates to receive a particular coupon, promotion, survey or offer from us.

As part of your interactions with our website, some of data may be stored with third party service providers (such as Zendesk, ShipStation, or others) who may use secure servers in the United States of America and/or other countries. With that exception, all data associated with our website is stored in secure servers in Canada. Our privacy policy applies to all personal data collected, used and stored, and is also be subject to laws of the country and jurisdiction where the data resides.

All credit card data is transmitted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption to protect any credit card information you provide while completing your transaction with us. In order for TLS security to work, you must use an TLS-enabled browser. For more information about TLS, see ( The website uses a Level 1 Compliant Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) third party payment gateway that employs ‘payment tokenization’ and encrypts data at rest with AES-256. Our website does not store any information about your credit card, except a random and special string of characters which serves as a secret token from the credit card payment provider.

You are also responsible for helping to protect the security of your Personal Information. Please do not provide your account information or your password to others. We will never ask you to provide such information to us by email. 

Please note that regular e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting any personal and sensitive information, including credit card numbers or personal health information.
