The website uses a Level 1 Compliant Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) third party payment gateway that employs ‘payment tokenization’ and encrypts data at rest with AES-256. Our website does not store any information about your credit card, except a random and special string of characters which serves as a secret token from the credit card payment provider.
You are also responsible for helping to protect the security of your Personal Information. Please do not provide your Pharmacy.ca account information or your password to others. We will never ask you to provide such information to us by email.
Please note that regular e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting any personal and sensitive information, including credit card numbers or personal health information.
